Welcome to Fighters Karate Academy! We are excited to have you as part of our martial arts community. By participating in our programs and classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Agreement

By enrolling in classes at Fighters Karate Academy, you (or your guardian, if under 18) acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions. These terms may be updated periodically, and we encourage you to review them regularly.

2. Registration and Payment

• Class Enrollment: All students must complete a registration form before participating in any classes. This includes providing accurate contact information and agreeing to our terms.
• Fees: Fees for classes, programs, and events are due at the time of registration or as specified by the academy. Payment plans may be available, but all payments must be made in full and on time.
• No Refunds: Payments made for classes, programs, or events are non-refundable. If you need to withdraw or cancel enrollment, please contact the academy in advance to discuss potential alternatives.

3. Age and Eligibility

• Participants must meet the age and skill level requirements for each class or program. Age requirements may vary depending on the class or program.
• If the student is under 18, a parent or guardian must sign the registration form and assume responsibility for the student's participation.

4. Health and Safety

• Medical Clearance: It is the responsibility of the participant (or parent/guardian) to ensure that they are physically fit to engage in martial arts training. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, you must inform the academy and may be required to provide a doctor's note stating your fitness for participation.
• Injury Waiver: Martial arts can involve physical activities that may result in injury. By attending classes at Fighters Karate Academy, you agree to release the academy and its instructors from liability for any injuries that may occur during training.
• Proper Attire: Students must wear appropriate martial arts attire (uniform or gi) as instructed by the academy. Failure to do so may prevent participation in class.

5. Behavior and Conduct

• Students must adhere to the code of conduct set by the academy, which includes respectful behavior toward instructors, fellow students, and the training environment.
• Fighters Karate Academy has a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, harassment, or inappropriate behavior. Violations may result in expulsion from classes or the academy without refund.

6. Class Scheduling and Cancellations

• Classes are subject to change, including cancellations or schedule adjustments. The academy will make reasonable efforts to notify students of any changes.
• In the event of class cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, instructor availability, etc.), make-up classes may be offered.

7. Media Release

By attending classes or events at Fighters Karate Academy, you consent to the use of your image, video, and/or voice in promotional materials, including social media, websites, and marketing brochures. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, you must notify the academy in writing.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

Fighters Karate Academy respects your privacy and will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent. We use your information solely for purposes related to your participation in our programs, class schedules, and updates.

9. Termination of Membership

Fighters Karate Academy reserves the right to terminate membership or suspend access to classes for any student who violates the academy's terms, code of conduct, or any other policies. In the event of termination, no refunds will be issued.

10. Liability Disclaimer

Fighters Karate Academy is not responsible for any personal property loss, damage, or theft that occurs on its premises. Students are responsible for their own belongings while attending classes or events.

11. Governing Law
